[lg policy] New cartoon on the CLPP cartoons page

I have just posted a new cartoon on our cartoons page:

and you'll see  a copy of the "Agnes" cartoon, which I found on the Washington
Post cartoons page yesterday.  The topic?  "Speak English in America!"
