[lg policy] Error messages from Linguist-List

All,

Members of this list occasionally  receive error messages from
Linguist-List  when
they attempt to post messages to lgpolicy-list.  I have emailed the
Linguist-List people a
number of times, but either I get told that somebody is looking into
it, or I get nothing.
In most cases, the "erroneous" message goes through despite the error
message, so for
the time being, I think we can assume that this is not a problematical error.

However I have also asked Linguist-list why it is that Google does not
seem to be able to
penetrate the archives for lgpolicy-list and others, which
Linguist-List hosts, and for that I have
also received no explanation.  I will continue to try to get
information on this.
