[lg policy] emailing a CFP to all of the LG policy List

Dear Sir or Madam,

I tried to send a CFP for a Postgraduate Conference held at the University of Aberdeen to the LG Policy email list on Wednesday, and the email seemed to be sent, and also arrived in my inbox. However, a few seconds later I received an email that my posting was rejected saying I was not authorized to send an email to the list. So I was wondering whether the CFP did go out or not (seeing as I received the email that I sent to the whole list), and if not, whether I could send the CFP to you so you could please forward it to the whole list?

If you receive this email a few times, I apologise, I sent it to the address that the first error message told me, but it seems that did not work either.
