[lg policy] New language cartoons added to cartoons page

Dear members,

Today I have added two new cartoons to our cartoons page at
http://ccat.sas.upenn.edu/plc/clpp/images/cartoons/cartoons.html
One is a cartoon of Hagar the Horrible, trying to teach a duck to
"quack" properly.  The other is of a boy named Curtis, who has
a friend named "Gunk" who is from "Flyspeck Island" and speaks a
language called Gobbonoolosh, which he then attempts
to get Curtis to learn.

Some interesting "attitudes" about language learning here.
