Aprofin Language Policy.



Section 63(1) of the National Credit Act states that: “a Consumer has
the right to receive any documentation that is required in terms of
this act in an official language that the consumer reads or
understands, to the extent that is reasonable having regard to usage,
practicality, expense, regional, circumstances and the balance of the
needs and preferences of the population ordinarily serviced by the
person required to deliver that document.”



Aprofin CC Registration number 2010/037359/23 as a registered credit
provider(NCRCP 5016)was required, as a condition of its registration
requirements and according to Section 63(2)a of the act to submit its
language policy according to the criteria as set out in Section
63(1)of the Act.



Aprofin`s Language Policy.



Aprofin CC can provide to the consumer (client), the documentation
that is required to be delivered in terms of the Act as follow:

1.   Pre-agreement statement and quotation.

Aprofin CC uses a loan management system that is supplied to us by a
3rd party company. Having the system allows us to provide the
consumers with pre-agreement statements and quotations in 11(eleven)
languages. These languages are as follow: English, Afrikaans, isiZulu,
isiXhosa, Tshivenda, North-Sotho, South-Sotho, siSwati, Xitsonga,
Setswana and isiNdebele.

2.  Credit Agreement.

       Aprofin CC uses the above mentioned loan management system and
therefore we already provide the consumer (client) with credit
agreements in 11(eleven) languages. These languages are as follow:
English, Afrikaans, isiZulu, isiXhosa, Tshivenda, North-Sotho,
South-Sotho, siSwati, Xitsonga, Setswana and isiNdebele.

3.   Enforcement notices.

          Aprofin CC uses the loan management System to provide the
enforcement notices in terms of section 129 of the act in 11(eleven)
languages. These languages are as follow: English, Afrikaans, isiZulu,
isiXhosa, Tshivenda, North-Sotho, South-Sotho, siSwati, Xitsonga,
Setswana and isiNdebele.

 4.   Marketing material and Brochures.

          In accordance with our target demographic area of the
specified marketing campaign Aprofin CC will provide marketing
material and brochures in English, isiXhosa, Setswana and Afrikaans.
Depending on the area and market that we focus on in the future, some
other languages may also be utilized. We aim to use direct marketing
as a marketing tool in the near future, and therefore we will employ
staff that will allow us to communicate directly with a client in his
or her own language.

 5.   Website.

          Aprofin CC website is available in English and has been set up.

 6.    Branch Staff.

      Our branch provides assistance in English and Afrikaans and will
within 24 months(or as soon as we can) after approval of Aprofin`s
language proposal, employ the necessary staff that will be able to
assist consumers in other languages as well, also depending on the
demographical area and requirements.

7.   Viability.

      Although we can supply any of the above mentioned documentation
in any of the mentioned languages, where the meaning of a contract is
directly influenced by the translation of the contract,the english
version will prevail.



Aprofin CC will strive to adhere to the act as well as the conditions
of registration on which we agreed upon.
