[lg policy] New cartoon on the cartoons page

All:  a new cartoon has been added to our "more recent" cartoons page.

see this one.  This issue of "Barney and Clyde" relies on
the fact that some Americans, especially New Yorkers, make a three-way
distinction between 'Mary, marry', and 'merry' whereas others only have a
2-way distinction, or no distinction.  This cartoons frequently relies on
linguistic data for its humor; today's cartoon in this series is another
example.
