[lg policy] York Daily Record/Sunday News: Pennsylvania's official English language policy is long overdue (column)

All:  Actually, I wanted to preface my sending of this article with my own
comments, but the forwarding system didn't allow me to do so.  I
*don't agreewith the notion that the US needs to officialize English*, but
am forwarding this
because we need to know what's "out there" in terms of opinions on this
issue,
so we can take action.
