Adviser to prime minister, Irfan Siddiqui has said that a comprehensive
policy is being formulated to make Urdu as official language.
Addressing a book launching ceremony on Sunday, he said the government is
determined to implement Supreme Court’s decision and obstacles in this
regard are being removed.
He further said that Iran, China and many other nations have made progress
by adopting their national languages as official.
