Language Policy for Dow Jones Sustainability Indices
(DJSI) &
RobecoSAM’s Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA)

The official language for the DJSI and RobecoSAM CS
A is English. Companies are requested to provide
supporting documentation in English whenever possible. While we base our
assessments on English
language documentation, we recognize that some supporting documentation may
not exist in English,
and companies are allowed to provide these documents. However, when
providing documents in
languages other than English, companies should facilitate either a brief
translation in English of the
relevant passage(s) in the comment field or attach
a second document containing the translation.
