Thanks for your comments, Slavomir.   "Daitsch" is a mistake on my part;
they give "Deitsch" for what is probably
Pennsylvania German/Dutch.

I am going to try to forward the PDF version of this thing, which I tried
to do earlier and failed.  It's easier to read.
