[lg policy] Looking for a supervisor from Switzerland

Dear all, 
I have my student who is applying for a scholarship via the swiss embassy and he is in need of a supervisor from Switzerland. He is brilliant, a holder of a master in linguistics and language dynamics and he is the 1st of his promotion.He got a scholarship from the Algerian government to study his Ph.D. in the UK, unfortunately, he was dismissed because of the age limit.
I will appreciate if you can help
