If you would like to review a book, please, follow these guidelines when
responding to this email:

   1. Include "BR and book author(s)" in the subject of the email, for
   instance: "BR_Rolstad et al."
   2. Write 2-3 sentences about why you are interested in reviewing the
   chosen title
   3. Let me know also why you think you are well placed to review this
   title
   4. Attach a brief CV.
   5. Indicate whether you prefer to receive an e-copy (most common
now) or request a hard copy (not always available).

We kindly ask that reviews make explicit how the book is of relevance to
language policy scholars. Authors are typically given 3 months to do the
review from the moment they receive the book copy.
Each review is about 1000 words long. Editorial guidelines can be found at
https://www.springer.com/education+&+language/linguistics/journal/10993

This call is open for 2 weeks, until Monday 22nd of September 2025.

We would be grateful if you could please forward this call to any
interested and qualified colleagues or students. Please also note our
policy of only one review per person per year. If you have written a review
for us recently, we would therefore appreciate it if you held off this time.

With best wishes,
Alsu and Florence
