Dear colleagues,

We are happy to announce that the deadline to send paper proposals for the International Symposium “Family Language Policies and the Activation of Minority Language Use in Childhood, Adolescence, and Youth” (ACTIVAMIN)<https://congressos.urv.cat/simposi-llengues/en> has been extended until March 22, 2026.
On July 6 and 7, 2026, the Rovira i Virgili University in Tarragona will host an academic event dedicated to studying the mechanisms of language maintenance and revitalization in multilingual societies.
The symposium aims to foster an international dialogue on:

  *   Family Language Policy (FLP) in minority language contexts
  *   Strategies for creating safe spaces and linguistic communities
  *   Youth agency and empowerment in language transmission and activation

Explore the thematic lines and be part of a multilingual scientific event committed to research and innovation.
