ideology in minority language movements

Hello all.  I'm looking for bibliography on language ideologies (especially
purist ideologies) in minority language movements.  In particular, does
anyone know of work that addresses the relationship between language
ideologies and the success of such movements?

I would appreciate any suggestions.
