Linguistic anthropology survey

I remember a few years ago (1998?) that a survey of
linguistic anthropology in Anthropology Departments was
conducted -- by the SLA?. We answered questions like, how
many linguistic anthropology faculty we had in our
Department. Some time later I also remember that the
results came out. But I can't remember where, or how to
get my hands on them again. Can somebody help me find them?
