[Linganth] Diversity Spoken in 39 Languages (fwd)

I went looking for references to sign languages (such as American
Sign Language), and found nothing on the MLA map or the data tables.
These are often forgotten "native" languages, and they seemed to have
been forgotten again.  *sigh*
