[Linganth] Diversity Spoken in 39 Languages (fwd)

So, when I asked the Census Bureau about any statistics they might
have on ASL, here was their response:  "The Census Bureau does not
have any information on American Sign Language (ASL) 'speakers'."  My
next question for them will be "why not?"
