Anyone teaching about the Great Vowel Shift will want to point their
students to this site:

It contains lots of material, but the most exciting is a simulated
converstation across various slices of time. Click on "dialog" to hear.
(There are all sorts of special instructions for "mac" users, but I
suspect these are out of date, as I didn't need to follow them to use
the site. )
