[Linganth] E-mail address

Both linganth at ats.rochester.edu and linganth at cc.rochester.edu are
valid and "official" --the galileo one is just an alias that some
folks have grabbed onto automatically from reply fields in the past.
If either is "more correct" it would be the ats.rochester.edu address.
