[Linganth] Grad schools in linguistics with focus on sexualities

Dear colleagues,

I have a student who is looking for a good program in linguistics with
a strong interest on language and sexual identities.  While I can think
of linguistic anthropology programs like that, I do not know much about
linguistics programs.  Any suggestions?  This student is particularly
interested in gay male speech and in phonology, and would be willing to
move to Canada (who wouldn't, lately!).
