relevant resources on its website:

(The CLPP is run by Hal Schiffman, emeritus of the University of 
Pennsylvania; part of its activity is the highly-active Language Policy 
List, details of which are also at the CLPP site - and I know a number of 
members of LINGANTH are also on that list.)
