Dear colleagues:

First meeting of the Independent Anthropologists interest group is on
Saturday 11/26 at 2:30pm on the 5th floor of the Conference Center/Palais
de Congres, in the foyer of Room 510, by Registration.  There is a small
seating area there that should be quiet by Saturday.

Given the large number of anthropologists without tenure track or long term
positions, we are starting this special interest group to advocate for the
rights of short term and temporary anthropologists and to network across
disciplines.
