The Summer School will take place on the island of Frauenchiemsee (Lake Chiemsee, Germany) in the monastery of Frauenwörth<http://www.frauenwoerth.de/english/> and it will offer classes by leading experts on modern and historical sociolinguistics.

Social and Critical Approaches to Multilingualism from Past to Present
The school will last for one week and will cost €495, which includes accommodation, three meals per day, tuition, and an excursion. If you pay in full by May 1st, you will get a discount of €50. We would like to point out that we're not making a profit from this and neither organisers nor teachers get a fee for their work.
