The list of sessions under development for the 20th (!!) annual Lavender
Languages Conference has expanded, . Along with discussions of
(anti)homophobia, queer women's discourses, porn, sounding lgbtq, and
language and violence, there are sessions addressing lavender
composition and rhetoric (the 4th year for this theme) and language and
queer online communities. Colleagues at Gallaudet are developing a
session which will bring queer language perspectives to deafness and sign
language. The list of featured speakers is clustering into some single
presentations and also some round-table-like panels where speakers
exchange idea of current research topics, language, sexuality and
nationalism being one.

Your proposal for a conference presentation (or session) is welcome. We
are asking to receive submissions by November 5th.
