[Linganth] Software to record a skype interview

Hi,

I am a PhD student in sociology at CUNY- Graduate Center. I would like to
conduct some interviews via Skype for a small project on citizenship law in
Germany. Mostly my informants are migrants in Germany. I hope to be able to
record these Skype calls. Does anybody know what kind of software for Mac
that I can use to do this?
