We are up against a deadline TODAY for ordering refreshments. I am planning
on ordering some very light refreshments--coffee and pastries. I hope that
those who attend will be willing to contribute to the cost of these
refreshments, since to be honest, I don't have the budget for it. We did
discuss this via email and I do hope that you will be OK with this.
