In case you all haven’t already seen it, there’s a nice little piece on “how to lament” based on an interview with Jim Wilce in yesterday’s (Aug. 6) New York Times Magazine.  Could be especially useful for those looking for short takes on language in the news to kickstart undergrad courses in the coming semester.
