[Linganth] White House website and Spanish-language options

Dear all,

You may have seen this news circulating - one of the recent changes on the
White House website (for now, at least) is the deletion of the
Spanish-language version of the website. Here is a short internet article
about it:

A quick search on the internet way back machine archive shows that the
Spanish-language option has been there since at least George W. Bush.
