The AAA Annual Meeting Call for Papers Deadline is April 16th!

Remember to finalize your submissions for the 2018 AAA Annual Meeting before the 3 pm EDT deadline on Monday, April 16th. As a reminder, no new submissions may be started after 2 pm EDT so please be sure to start the process early.

Need help with the submission portal? The AAA offices are open from 9 am to 5 pm EDT Monday through Friday. Please contact us at aaameetings at americananthro.org<mailto:aaameetings at americananthro.org> well in advance of the deadline to ensure that we can address your question before the portal closes.

Reduce your submission stress and expedite the process by tackling these items prior to entering the submission portal:

• In order to add individuals to your proposal, all session participants, regardless of role, must have an AnthroGateway profile. Creating a profile is free, but you cannot do this on their behalf. Prior to entering the portal, AAA suggests contacting participants and asking them to create a free AnthroGateway profile.<http://AmAA.informz.net/z/cjUucD9taT0yMzI2NjI5JnA9MSZ1PTM3NDA5MTg4NCZsaT0xNDIyODYxNg/index.html>

• In order to submit your proposal, all Annual Meeting participants must be paid Annual Meeting registrants AND members of AAA.
