Dear Ling Anths,

Earlier in the summer, I wrote to this listserv with some suggestions for
making recommendations on when and where interpreters are needed in crisis
scenarios. Many of you wrote to express your interest in these issues, and
I mentioned that I would have an op-ed column out soon about. So, upon
