[Linganth] Language of climate change syllabus?

Dear all,
I am thinking about teaching a course on the language of climate change. I
was wondering if anyone knows of any syllabi out there, or potential
readings? I have found a lot in communication departments, but not taught
by linguistic anthropologists.
