Important Annual Meeting Deadlines before April 10

  *   Wednesday, March 20 (3 p.m. ET): Deadline to request paying a Nonmember Guest Presenter Registration Rate, allowing individuals to present without joining AAA

     *   If any individual wants to present as a nonmember and does not want to join AAA, they must request a Non-Member Guest Presenter Rate<http://AmAA.informz.net/z/cjUucD9taT0yNTU5OTgzJnA9MSZ1PTM3NDA5MTg4NCZsaT0xNzY1NzYyMw/index.html>. This is specifically for non-anthropologists or anthropologists living outside of the US or Canada. It is not a waived registration rate – it simply allows individuals to pay a nonmember registration rate. The deadline to complete the request for this rate is March 20. After this deadline, requests for AAA nonmember rates will not be approved and participants will need to become members of AAA. If you are registering through CASCA, please note that all registrants must be members of CASCA.

  *   Wednesday, March 20 and Monday, March 25: Deadline to request a waived registration fee

     *   Request through AAA: If you have individuals who are non-anthropologists or living outside of the US or Canada who cannot or do not wish to pay the Annual Meeting registration fee, they may complete our Program Chair Waiver Application<http://AmAA.informz.net/z/cjUucD9taT0yNTU5OTgzJnA9MSZ1PTM3NDA5MTg4NCZsaT0xNzY1NzYyNA/index.html>. Applications are due on March 20 and there are a limited number of waivers available. On April 1, applicants will be notified of their status. Travel and lodging costs are still the responsibility of all recipients.
