[Linganth] Mokita contextual meaning in Kilivila language.

Hi, can anyone here comment this saying about word Mokita in the
Kilivila language?

"A known truth left unspoken"

In the two sources I found (both from Gunter Senft)  it translates
only for "truth", said with the intent to be unambiguously clear
though.

Is there any chance the saying is wrong?
