[Linganth] 10th LANSI Conference

Dear Colleagues,

I've been procrastinating because this is not the message I wanted to 
send -- postponing the 10th LANSI for the third time, and doing so 
without a definitive date in sight. Our campus will not yet be fully 
reopened this Fall (certainly not for a large gathering like LANSI). 
We're cautiously optimistic for Spring 2022. We wanted to wait for a 
time when there is no /but/'s and /if/'s for our attendees -- no 
anxieties and agonies over whether to travel etc.

As soon as we're able to gain some clarity, we will send out an updated 
Call for Proposals. In the meantime, many, many thanks for your 
patience! We miss you and can't wait to catch up during those 
between-talk 5-min breaks  and over coffee in GDH 177.
