Hi all,

As we start the countdown clock till AAA, it is also time to put together the final program for SLA. And for that, I need your help!

If you are presenting at AAA this year in any way, please send me the details of your acceptance as soon as possible.  Please send me (snarayanan at unr.edu) the following information by FRIDAY OCTOBER 21st end of day:


  *   The date/time of your presentation
  *   If you are in a panel/roundtable/etc.
  *   the room/location of your presentation
  *   names of all your participants (I just want a list of names. No need to distinguish between organizer/discussant/chair/etc.)
  *   the time and/or link for your presentation (this is for those who are doing individual presentations that I believe are offered through the new "on-demand" format this year)

Please note, ONLY SESSION ORGANIZERS need to send me this information. Just simply forward me your session acceptance email to snarayanan at unr.edu

With your help, I can put together the final program for SLA and send it out in advance of AAA so that all in attendance can plan their time in Seattle and go and support our awesome SLA colleagues, as well as attend additional important events for our section such as business meetings, award ceremonies, mentoring roundtables, and paper-contest presentations.
