[Linganth] REMINDERS for AAA

Hi all,
This is a friendly reminder for some important upcoming AAA deadlines for those planning on attending/presenting at AAA in the fall either in person or virtually.


  1.
Advanced Registration: Advanced registration for the conference ends on August 30th. Please try and register for the conference by this date to get a lower registration fee.

  2.
Regular Registration Deadline: The last day to register for the annual meeting is September 27th!

  3.
Check/renew your AAA membership: Please make sure that your AAA membership is current through the end of the year. If not, please make sure to renew your membership (and also renew your section membership with SLA). Membership renewal must be completed by September 27th!

  4.
Update/Complete Speaker Resource Center: When you register, please make sure to update/complete your speaker resource center information

Second, the preliminary program has been posted to the Annual Meeting Website. https://annualmeeting.americananthro.org/speaker-resources/program/

If you notice a mistake in how your session/panel is listed, please submit a request for corrections using this form: https://annualmeeting.americananthro.org/speaker-resources/program/preliminary-program-correction/

This form must be completed by September 27th so that the corrections will appear on the final program in October. Also, AAA will not be able to add, replace, or swap speakers to/on sessions.
