There is an opportunity to contribute an entry to the Sage Encyclopedia of
Refugee Studies, a project led by the Critical Refugee Studies Collective (
https://criticalrefugeestudies.com/). The Encyclopedia offers a
much-needed resource and guide for all readers invested in understanding
the contexts and histories of displacement, as well as the concerns,
perspectives, knowledge production, and global imaginings of displaced
people around the world. Featuring more than 250 authoritative articles,
this landmark encyclopedia will serve as a dynamic resource not only for
academics but also for teachers, policy makers, community-based
organizations working with refugee groups, and refugees themselves. We hope
that the encyclopedia’s essays center the experiences of refugees and
displaced persons, focusing on their lifeworlds, communities, and
creativity.
