[Linganth] suggestions for digital journaling app for qualitative research

Dear colleagues -

Apologies for cross-posting.

I am launching some new collaborative research with emergency nurses where
we are tracking how they are navigating reproductive care for patients in
contexts of heightened media and political rhetoric about reproductive
rights in the lead-up to November's election.

We will be conducting regular interviews with participants, but in the
interim, want to provide access to a digital journaling app that they can
use to easily send us text messages, voice memos, perhaps links to media,
etc.

If you have experience using this kind of app, I'd love to hear about it -
pros and cons! I'm especially interested in user-friendliness, cost, and
ease of data management.
