[Linganth] AAA Annual Meeting- Deadlines and Important Notes

Hi all,

The General Call for Submissions for AAA is officially open. As you plan your panels, papers, or consider attending the Annual Meeting this year, here are some important notes to keep in mind:


  1.
Deadline:  The deadline for the general call is April 26th 11:59 ET. Please note the time zone for the deadline.
  2.

No individually submitted papers this year: This year, there will be no individual paper submissions. Participants are encouraged to form panels/roundtables. You can refer to the SLA google doc I sent a few weeks back. AAA is also encouraging members to use the community boards or the LinkedIn account to also connect with other presenters and panels.
  4.
Alternatives to individual submissions: There are other alternatives to individual paper submissions that include flash presentations, poster presentation (that will have a dedicated poster presentation time), and pre-recorded virtual talk.
