Looking to form a panel for SLA 2025 with other scholars working on
questions of "native" responses to colonial linguistics, particularly how
communities have adopted, rejected, or made accommodations with methods and
structures of colonial regimes of "scientific" linguistics in the colonial
and post-colonial periods, and effects of these responses. Interested
