[Linganth] names of developmental editors?

Dear Colleagues,
I am starting to get asked if I know any developmental editors who are
familiar with linguistic anthropology.  I realize I don't actually have a
good answer for this, but I thought people on this listserv might have some
very good suggestions.   I am
happy to compile a list (names, emails, and specialities if relevant) and
circulate it.
