Dear Colleagues,
We would like to remind everyone of the upcoming 2025 Biennial SLA Conference: Imagination, Creation, Critique. The conference will take place at the University of Chicago, May 29-31, 2025. The outline of scheduled events is as follows:
Thursday, May 29
8-9 am: Registration and welcome
9 am – 12:15 pm: Parallel sessions
12:15 – 2:00 pm: Lunch break and graduate student panel
2:00 – 5:15 pm: Parallel sessions
5:30 – 6:30 pm: SLA Meeting and Awards Ceremony
6:30 – 10:30 pm: Welcome reception (food and drinks provided)
Friday, May 30
8-9 am: Breakfast workshops/meetings
9 am – 12:15 pm: Parallel sessions
12:15 – 2:00 pm: Lunch break and lunchtime workshops/events
2:00 – 5:15 pm: Parallel sessions
5:30 – 8 pm: Poster Plenary (light refreshments provided)
Saturday, May 31
8-9 am: Breakfast workshops/meetings
9 am – 12:15 pm: Parallel sessions
12:15 – 2:00 pm: Lunch break and lunchtime workshops/events
2:00 – 5:15 pm: Parallel sessions
5:30 – 6:30 pm: Mentoring event (tentatively planned)
7 – 11:30 pm: Graduate student mixer
