Dear colleagues, if you’d like to check in with me to talk about an idea for a publication or to discuss other topics related to the JLA, I’ll be holding office hours on Friday afternoon at the AAAs. You can also schedule a Zoom appointment at another time if you won’t be attending the meeting.

Please use this link to sign up for a 15-minute, in-person appointment on Friday, November 21st if you’ll be attending the AAA meeting and can meet me there: https://appt.link/ProfeBabel I will send a meeting location once I’m at the conference center and have scouted a nice quiet spot.

If you’re not attending the AAA meeting, please feel free to sign up for a 15-minute appointment via Zoom at any other time, but leave the appointments on Friday Nov. 21st for people who will be at the meeting and want to talk in person :)

We’ll also be holding an online workshop on academic publishing organized by the grad students on Friday, December 5th, so I would encourage those who have general questions about publishing to sign up for that!
