We hope this email finds you well! We are sharing an exciting event on behalf of our wonderful colleage, Valeria Giffin, JLA Student Assistant. Please see below for more information about the upcoming Book Review Info Session wiht Dr. Judy Kroo!

Dr. Judy Kroo, the current book review editor for the Journal of Linguistic Anthropology, will be hosting an information session on Monday, May 11th at 7pm EST on Zoom. The session will be all about the process of writing book reviews for academic journals!

This event is meant to demystify the book review writing process and share best practices for working on your first book review. Dr. Kroo will start out with some general points about the whole process and then open the floor to any questions people have, so come ready with all your book review-related questions!
