Subject: Help LINGUIST Raise an Extra $2000 in the Advisors' Challenge 

Dear Linguists,

The race is on!  Can you help us meet our goal of $8,000 in the next
48 hours for the Advisors' Challenge?  Remember, if we reach our goal,
the advisors will contribute $2,000 to LINGUIST!

Our Advisory Panel is a group of 31 linguists from around the world
who advise LINGUIST on all matters big and small.  This year, the
Advisors have pledged to donate $2,000 of their own money to help
LINGUIST meet the 2007 Fund Drive goal of $55,000.  However, the
advisors will only contribute this money if you, the subscribers, can
quadruple their pledge amount and donate $8,000 in the next two days.

In our previous message, we asked for $2,000 by the twelve hour mark,
and you did it!  Thanks to all our contributors!  However, to meet the
challenge, we will need another $2,000 by the 24 hour mark.  That is
20 $100 donations, less than 2 an hour.

Remember, if you help us reach our goal for the Advisor's Challenge
you will earn an extra 25% on your donation, end Fund Drive early, and
keep LINGUIST running for another year.

Currently, we have $2,257 and we only need $5,743 more to meet the
Advisors' Challenge.
