Rachel Nordlinger mentions nominal case-markers distinguishing between
different tenses in Pitta-Pitta.

A related phenomenon is the use of different prepositions for temporal
adverbials, depending on the tense of the clause. This is found in a
number of Austronesian languages, e.g. Maori:

i = 'on.PAST', a = 'on:FUT', e.g.

i te Mane 'on Monday (of last week)'
a te Mane 'on Monday (of next week)'

Tagalog has a similar distinction between sa and noong:

sa Enero 'in January (of next year)'
noong Enero 'in January (of last year)'

Similar phenomana exists in Swedish and Eastern Eskimo. These are
discussed (pp. 43-47) in:

Haspelmath, Martin. 1997. From space to time: Termporal adverbials in
the world's languages. Munich: Lincom Europa.

Best,
Martin
