Thank you for this announcement.  Could you clarify if the conference
is intended to be exclusively about Estonian, or about the kind of
problems and opportunities to Estonian and other languages in the
current period?

I should need to know the answer to this before giving the notice
wider distribution, e.g. among FEL members.
