Linguistic Typology: submissions

Note for intending contributors to LT

So far we've only requested text files for articles in their final form,
once they were accepted for publication in LT.  To speed up the reviewing
process, we'd like to encourage electronic submission (per e-mail
attachment of the text file), at least of the abstract, already at the
first submission of a paper, in addition to the three print-outs, to be on
the safe side regarding special characters and such.
