Two glossing questions

Hi,

I have two questions about interlinear morphemic glossing.
(1) Is there anywhere on the web a widely agreed list of abbreviations? For
instance, I can't find a list of Eurotyp abbreviations on the web.
(2) Are first-person volitional forms glossed as cohortative? (eg Tiberian
Hebrew "no:xela:" = "let us eat"). If not, what term is used?
