Is Turkish journal "Dilbilim Arastirmalari" still being published?

Dear LinguistList colleagues, I wonder if the Turkish journal "Dilbilim Arastirmalari" still being published? My article was published there in 2002. After that I sent its editor Prof.Sumru Ozsoy another article, but never heard about it again. All my e-mail messages to her old address are bounced back. So, I do not know how to get into contact with her or the other editor if she is not an editor any more.
